Video 3: Breathing and Technique

This video goes further into how to access more sensory input and information for your playing and practicing. How you breathe is a “metaphor” for how you process the sensory information (energy) that feeds your technique and your music making  It’s a feedback cycle, or loop.  And feedback cycles can get stuck, which causes your technique to flounder. To get to a healthy sense of flow in your practicing, it’s important to have every stage in this feedback loop flowing smoothly. In this video I take you through an exercise that can help you experience a healthy version of this feedback loop.
